ограничили продажи. подскажите пути решения проблемы
Так как в рашу палка не принимает деньги за продажи я использовал услуги посредника. но в последний раз ограничил мои лимиты, пришло такое сообщение:
"Dear
To help members have a safe and successful experience on , we sometimes place limits, restrictions, or suspensions on accounts.
Based on your financial information, contact information, or buying and selling activity, it looks like your account is associated with the account (westernbid). Normally, when 2 accounts share this sort of information it indicates that the accounts belong to the same person. Since this other account is limited, restricted, suspended, or not meeting minimum seller standards, you will not be able to sell until you provide us with information that helps us to confirm your identity.
There are 2 ways that you can provide this information. You can go to the "All Selling" section of My and click the "Request higher selling limits" link in the "Monthly Limits" section. Or, you can click the "request higher selling limits" link in the message that you receive the next time you try to list an item. We'll ask you to confirm some information and may send you an email explaining what you need to do next. Until we verify this information, we won't be able to increase your limits.
If you see a message letting you know you've successfully increased your selling limits, the restriction on your account will be removed and you can begin selling again. You'll be able to sell up to 10 items or $500 per month on this account.
Limits on your account may automatically increase after 90 days, once you've established a reputation as a successful seller. You can increase your limits immediately by resolving any issues with the original account. Instructions on how to resolve any issues were sent to the email address registered to that account."
На страничке "Request higher selling limits" пытаюсь ввести данные, но всегда пишет что они не совпадают с отчетами.
Сто такое User ID(Established seller account)?
Про телефон и зип код тоже пишет что не правильно, хотя как тока не пробовал вводить.
По телефону им не могу позвонить (немой).
Связался с ними по чату дали почту cbtquestions@ebay.com, туда писал, месяц прошел ответа нет.
помогите господа советом, как достучаться до , как можно решить мою проблему! заранее благодарен.
