Ограничение продаж. Лимит 15 items or up to €350,00 this month

Предисловие, чуточку я писал о данной проблеме в других темах!
Вот сегодня уже 3 ноября, а решить пока, эту проблему с неадекватами в иБэй энд PayPal не могу!

После суспенда мне поставили лимит 350€ в месяц.
Данный лимит можно снять, только подтверждением своего личного банковского счета в аккаунте в PayPal. Вроде все просто!
Но, так как все знают, что PayPal для граждан России сделал вывод только на банковский счет в Америке, а граждане России официально и легально открыть счет там не могут.
Получается, что подтвердить американский банковский счет и снять лимит нереально!

Писал письма, сидел в чатах, звонил в eBay, в PayPal... итд, осталось только Бараку Обаме позвонить.
Короче все безрезультатно!
У кого нибудь случалась подобная проблема?
Если, да, то как решили?

Или я один такой счастливчик?
Кстати, такая проблема на двух моих аккаунтах.

Торгуйте так месяц-два. Потом пишите в саппорт - должны увеличить лимит на eBay.

1. Go to www.ebay.com and log in to your account.
2. Click the ‘Help’ link, in the top right of the eBay page.
3. Click the ‘Contact Us’ button to the right side of the Help page.
4. In the ‘Tell us about your problem’ box enter your question and click ‘Ask’.
5. You will receive an answer to your question. If you need more assistance, click 'Email us' in the ‘Need more help’ box.
6. Enter the requested information and your question in the appropriate fields provided.
7. Click ‘Send’.

Although your mailing address isn’t in the United States, you can add a U.S. bank account to your PayPal account.


Here’s how to add a U.S. bank account to your PayPal account:

Log in to your account.
Click ‘Profile’ near the top of the page.
Click ‘My money.’
Click ‘Update’ beside ‘Bank accounts’ and then click ’Add.’
Select ‘United States’ as the bank account country.
Enter the bank’s name, then select ‘Current’ or ‘Savings.’
Enter the bank’s routing number and your account number, and then click ‘Continue.’
You can withdraw money from your PayPal account to your U.S. bank account.

Note:

Your routing number is the first set of numbers at the bottom of your check. A routing number usually has 9 digits.
Your bank account number is the second set of numbers at the bottom of your check.
If you receive a message that says, ‘You have entered an invalid bank routing number,’ it could mean that the routing number you entered is incorrect or that we do not currently accept that bank.
The routing number for a savings account may be different from the routing number for a checking account at the same bank.

Снятие ограничения, лимита, путем подтверждения своего банковского счета в PayPal ?

только не писал а звонил в support, писать бесполезно!
увеличили лимит до 50 лотов в месяц до 1700 EUR.
В январе снова обращусь и попрошу еще увеличить.

Очень сложный, обычно минут на сорок, причём даже с хорошо говорящим переводчиком.
