нужна помощь по двум non-receipt диспутам
прошу совета по ведению двух диспутов:

До сих пор ничего не пришло. Открыл диспут по истечении 45 дней, переписка с селлером (обратная хронлогия):
Правильна ли моя аргументация и позиция? Чью сторону обычно занимает пейпал при эскалации такого диспута в клейм, если отправление не трекается?

Я, конечно, рад, что американская почта оперирует дедлайном в 60 дней, но время эскалации диспута в клейм придет раньше. что посоветуете сделать, какую линию поведения выстроить, чтобы пейпал решил исход клейма в мою пользу?

So after discussing everything with the post office they advised us that the item does not always get scanned at every point or transfer it makes and once it leaves the air and the country it is out of their hands and there is nothing more to do than wait.

Last week when we were at the post office their systems went down and they were unable to complete the look up, we are going to try and go tomorrow to see what they can do for us. We're trying to get all this straightened out, I do apologize,we are just as frustrated!

Please initiate the search of the item with USPS: Ukrainian post is unable to perform it as the package was not registered in it's system.

I understand your position, however, we are also in a bad position for we do not have the item and will also be out the money? Not sure what to do at this point.

Unfortunately I still have not received the item I paid for and have to open this dispute because the 45 days dispute deadline is coming. I will close this dispute immediately when I receive the item. I have checked with my local post office as well as with the Central Post Office in Kiev (the capital of Ukraine), they were unable to provide information about the item stating it never arrived in Ukraine. Ukrainian Customs has no information either. I'd like to have my money refunded if the item doesn't arrive shortly.

The item in question that has not been received by the buyer is in the process of being traced by the carrier, USPS. Tracking number and Customs number were forwarded to the buyer. The carrier has stated that it will take no longer than 60 days from the time the claim has been initiated which is 1/12/2010.

I'm forced to open the dispute as I still have not received the item and the 45 days deadline is coming. I'm sorry but I have no intention to loose my money.
