Не пойму чего хочет от меня ПП

в общем ситуация такая, сдела 5 оплат за 1 день, все вроде нормально, на следующий день залимитили аккаунт, причина:

Paypal put hold on all payments that I have paid yesterday. The reason is: Apr. 24, 2007: Our system detected unusual activity on a credit card linked to your PayPal account.

Вообще не понимаю что они имеют ввиду! Просили выслать utility bill. Выслал и тут началось! Приходит письмо вида:

We're sorry, but your account access limitation cannot be lifted at this time. We need more information about your account before we can restore full access to your account. Please complete the steps below so that we may review your account further:

- Fax a copy of a current utility bill. The bill must show your name and address exactly as they appear in your PayPal account. The fax we received was not readable.

- Based on a review of your account and the information received, we show that you have or are related to multiple accounts that have unresolved issues. Before we can lift the limited access on your account, you will need to resolve all outstanding issues with these linked accounts, including bringing any negative balances to zero and resolving all complaints for all linked accounts. The domain names for these accounts
are: @bk.ru

Особенно не понятен последний абзац. Я выслал им другие два utility bill , но через 2 часа мне пришло снова такое же письмо!

Кто нибудь может мне подсказать что делть дальше? а то на всех оплатах которые вчера сделал у меня теперь hold.

Ромка, по второму я так понимаю аккаунт еще один висит похожий... и с ним тоже какой-то трабл.

Хм... одну из 5 оплат реверснули, остальные я так понял на очереди.

Почему они инетересно пишут что факс unreadable , я им такие же копии счетов присылаю как и раньше, только естественно за новый месяц.

Думаю стоит попробывать выслать все разом: утилити бил, копию паспорта, копию кредитки итд, что бы они подавились... :idea:

Попробуй один лист паспорт где фотка и карту с лицевой стороны, второй прописку и другую сторону карты, только цифры зарисовать не забудь. У меня акк через сутки разлимитили после отправки.

Выслал , все документы, единственное что у меня карточка от Альфа банка Mastercard Virtual , и там нету росписи...

посмотрим что будет дальше...

Блин, странно все это. Выслал документы, а подтверждение пришло об их получении только на следующий день и потом пришло письмо:

и вот уже два дня никаких вестей. Хотя обычно подтверждение о приеме документов приходило в течении 30-40 минут а аккаунт разлимичивали через час-два.... Это нормально?

ДА что им нужно то??? В resolution center уже все что нужно выполнено! Везде Information Submitted...

Залимитили . выслала факсы несколько раз , в ответ было письмо :

Подскажите пожалуйста как и каким способом мне сделать счет/квитанцию подтверждающюю мой адрес на английском языке? как вы поступили в такой ситуации?

Сканируете счет на русском, в фотошопе обводите нужные места и помечаете английскими подписями, что это означает. Адрес, фамилию, имя и т. д.

Сталиквался с этим.
Палке показалось опасным иметь дело с тобой.
Счет они тебе закрывают, и хоть какие бумаги им отсылай уже не поможет.
Варианты - ты можешь вывести деньги своим покупателям или ждать 180 дней, после чего тебе сообщат куда можно их вывести.
