Заказал 9.03.13 на ебее у продавца aa_pegasus_net для жены лезвия "Wilkinson Sword Quattro Women".
Через 3 месяца написал продавцу, что ничего не получил.
В ответ пришло это:
"We have checked our records and we have send the packet the very next day of your payment.
We contacted our post office and told us that Russian Post Office informed them that they have a problem in distributing the packets coming from other countries. In the past months they had a lot of packets and they stay behind schedule. They have a problem due a lot of amount of packets. They are trying to fix it and distribute the items.
However your order was placed on 09 of March, 3 months ago, way too long to wait.
We are very sorry for any inconvenience we may have caused to you, but as we wrote above the problem was not from our hands.
We will proceed now and refund you the amount you have paid and we have decided to resend the item to you free of charge from our store. We hope that this time the item does arrive and keep you fully satisfied."
Т.е. как я понял, они мне выслали повторно (?).
Прошло еще 2,5 месяца, опять послал ему сообщение, что опять ничего не получил.
В ответ получил следующее:
"As we can see through our sales record we have proceeded and fully refunded you, due to the fact that Post offices in Russia couldnt distribute packages. In addition we have proceeded and in addition we have resent the item to you.
We are really sorry to hear that you have not received neither of your packages but as you understand this is totally out of our control. As you may easily see from our feedback score we try hard to maintain an excellent score.
Unfortunately this was not the first incident from a customer of ours in Russia so we have excluded the certain country from the list of the countries that we provide shipping.
Thank you in advance for your understanding."
После этого продавец на письма отвечать перестал.
Что имеем - ни товара, ни денег.
Я готов допустить, что посылка может затеряться (хотя пока ни одна не терялась), но чтобы дважды у одного продавца...
Смущает то, что у него на данный момент 100%-рейтинг (во время покупки было чуть менее) и местоположение - Кипр.
