продала товар. денги поступили на пай пал но мне пришло писмо что я должна закончит регистразию аккаунта. а как ето сделат. по описанию в писме у меня не получается

Регистрация в пейпале - заканчивается верификацией пользователя - Им отправляется скн вашего удост.личности и счет на оплату телефона, коммунальных услуг. Проверка будет дней 10 . Только после этого они верифицируют счет в пейпале.
Напишите им в суппорт письмо. Они все объяснят.
Или киньте текст - что они пишут. Бо, вопрос неконкретный И ответить на него тяжело, не зная, что именно у вас не получается...

т.е я должна им послат по факсу доки на проверку но мне об етом не сообчали

Они должны были снять с Вашей карточки 1.95 доллар и в бвлансе карточного счета За что сняли стоит - см. у них написано - должен быть 4-хзначный номер - (example, PayPal 1234*(EXPUSE)) :

Этот номер им нужно кликнув по линку, который они дают, зайти на пейпал и ввести. И через несколько дней после этого включат счет...

они требуут добавит кредит кард. мозет у меня не получается потому что я не ввела адрес банка
