Ebay открыла case

Выиграл айфон по аукциону, и не могу оплатить, так как палка продавца заблокирована, сам прод на письма не отвечает, я предлагал ему дать возможность оплатить или отменить сделку. Дело дошло до того, что ebay открыла на меня case за неуплату и предлагает оплатить до 8 января. Я объяснил в чем проблема, они прислали ответ:

Note that you're only obliged to pay the seller using one of the payment
methods specified in the eBay listing. If the seller wants to change
payment methods after the listing has ended, you should insist on paying
through the method stated in the listing.

of receipt of the seller by clicking on the "Contact Seller" link in the
reminder you received. Please state briefly that you're unable to pay
through PayPal as their account was blocked.

If the seller agrees to close the unpaid Item case saying you can
proceed with any other payment method that you'll also find acceptable,
you won't have an unpaid item case recorded against you.

However, in the event that the seller will close the case and leave an
Unpaid Item case recorded on your account, please contact us back and we
will remove this Unpaid item case on your account. (and since this case
is still in the reminder phase, we cannot close it, only the seller has
the ability to do so at this time)

Долбите прода сообщениями.
Не ответит - предъявляйте доказательства eBay, что Вы не смогли связаться с продавцом для совершения оплаты.

Даже если поставят страйк, можно подать аппеляцию. У меня 2 раза по аппеляции снимали неоплаченные покупки.

Первый раз я проду оплатил, он ничего не выслал. Я открыл кейс и выиграл. Через некоторое время мне сообщение - у вас неоплаченная покупка и ссылка на этот же лот. Я с вопросом к Ebay, они мол не волнуйся, через аппеляцию уберем неоплаченную покупку.

Второй раз вообще прикольнее. Я несколько раз пытался купить Iphone. Селлеры меня мурыжили, по неделе не отсылали, а потом возвращали деньги. Причины -то их почта не принимает в Росиию, то разбил. А деньги подвисали, плюс банк дней по 10 не зачислял. В итоге на следующий айфон не хватило денег, банк долго не зачислял. Я в аппеляции все это описал - сняли неоплаченную покупку.
