Заказывал наушники, продавец трекинг номер не отправлял.. Связаться с продавцом нельзя, т.к он больше не является зарегистрованным пользователем.

КАК ОТКРЫТЬ ДИСПУТ!? на paypal/ и плиз, подскажите поподробней, что написать в жалобе?
