Да, есть такое. На американском такого нет, но на немецком и вроде английском такое есть.

Тут же все сказано

Кроме того, не вижу связи между наличием технич.возможности прямого контакта покупателя и продавца (например через Skype) и схожестью с доской объявлений. У последних нет фидбеков, страховки и других фичерс.
