Всем доброго времени суток, подскажите пожалуйста не могу сам разобраться...сегодня открыл диспут - неполучение в в сроки "палки" посылки.....прод сразу же ответил что мол есть какая то страховка...
I have insurance on all international sales which covers both the item and shipping cost. I do this to protect both the buyer and the seller. You should have received an email from Auctiva notifying that you have insurance when you made your payment through PayPal. If you did not receive the email I can resend it to you.
Since there is insurance coverage you really do not have to open a case about this. It is almost like I am being punished for any delays that may be happening with delivery services of which I can not control...Hence insurance coverage.
I would greatly appreciate you closing this dispute since you are not at risk of losing any money. I will resend your insurance coverage email.
И еще просит закрыть диспут......очень прошу подскажите что делать, как поступать дальше? :(
